The Graef MYtiny combines the solid construction and precision of a premium electric food slicer with an exceptionally compact, foldable design.
Use it for crusty homemade sourdough, artisan bread, rye and whole-grain loaves, as well as cheese, cold cuts, fruit, vegetables and other everyday foods. For customers who also want to prepare fine, thin slices of ham, prosciutto, salami and other deli meats, an additional smooth blade is available as a second blade option.
The MYtiny features a full-metal construction and is made in Germany. When you are finished slicing, simply fold it down to just 3.1 inches / 80 mm high and store it away.

Folds Down to Just 3.1 Inches
Instead of permanently occupying valuable counter space, the MYtiny folds to just 15.8 × 3.1 × 7.2 inches / 402 × 80 × 182 mm, making it easy to store in a suitable kitchen drawer or cabinet.
No components need to be removed for storage. Simply fold the slicer, store it away, and unfold it when you are ready to use it again. An integrated swiveling cable storage keeps the power cord neatly stored with the appliance.

The MYtiny may be compact, but it is not a typical lightweight plastic kitchen slicer. Its full-metal construction combines Graef's space-saving folding concept with the solid feel and stability expected from a premium German slicer.
When unfolded, the carriage locks securely into position for slicing. Despite the compact design, the MYtiny offers a cutting height of up to 5.9 inches / 150 mm, accommodating a wide variety of breads and everyday foods.
From Crusty Sourdough to Everyday Foods
Homemade sourdough and artisan bread can be difficult to slice evenly by hand, especially when a loaf has a firm or very crusty exterior.
The MYtiny comes with an original 170 mm / 6.69 in stainless steel serrated blade. The versatile serrated blade is particularly well suited for crusty sourdough, artisan loaves, rye bread, whole-grain bread, sandwich bread, bagels and rolls, while also being suitable for cheese, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables.
Slice thickness is continuously adjustable from 0 to 15 mm / 0 to 0.59 in, giving you precise control over the thickness of each slice.
Choose the Right Blade for How You Slice
Standard Version – Versatile Serrated Blade
Every MYtiny includes the original 170 mm / 6.69 in stainless steel serrated blade. This is the versatile choice for bread and everyday slicing and is particularly well suited for crusty homemade sourdough and artisan loaves.
Standard + Additional Smooth Blade – For Fine, Thin Slices
Choose this option if you also plan to regularly slice ham, prosciutto, salami and other deli meats into fine, thin slices.
In addition to the standard serrated blade, you receive an original Graef 170 mm / 6.69 in smooth stainless steel blade specifically for the MYtiny (Part No. 1781110). The smooth blade is designed for particularly fine slicing and complements the versatile serrated blade.
With both blades, you can use the same compact slicer for everything from hard-crusted homemade sourdough to finely sliced charcuterie.
Changing blades is quick and easy. The serrated blade comes installed, while the additional smooth blade is supplied separately and can be swapped in whenever needed.
Also included with the Smooth Blade option: one original Graef food-safe Vaseline tube, 10 ml (Part No. 141855) for proper lubrication during cleaning, maintenance and blade changes.

The MYtiny uses an energy-efficient 45W motor with up to 170W peak slicing performance, combining compact dimensions with the performance required of a genuine electric food slicer.
Simple, Safe and Practical
A central control combines operation, slice-thickness adjustment and the folding mechanism. The MYtiny offers both momentary and continuous operation.
An automatic child safety system provides switch-on and folding protection, while the carriage locks securely into position when the slicer is unfolded for use.

The Graef MYtiny is an original German 230V appliance. Every MYtiny sold here includes the matching Bronson++ TI500 Step-Up Converter for operation from a standard US 110–120V household outlet.
Simply connect the TI500 to a standard grounded US outlet and plug the Graef MYtiny into the converter. No additional voltage converter or plug adapter is required.
