The Manus 3 is typical of German products - simply excellent. Exceptionally well-designed, well built with good materials, and simple to operate. It produces consistent results and is very easy to keep clean.

I have never loved slicing bread more! Lol.... cuts like a dream. I haven't tried vegetables yet, but looking forward to that soon =)

I love this slicer! It is well made. Thanks to the carriage and pusher I'm not afraid that I'll lose my fingers. The bread guide to keep the slices away from the crank is a great addition. A quick wipe of the counter top and suction cups with a damp cloth and the machine will stick to the counter like superglue. Slices through crusty sourdough like a hot knife through butter. Just fantastic!

I love this low maintenance, perfectly designed slicer. I buy sourdough bread loaves from a local baker and can adjust slice width as needed. Works great for meats, sausages and cheese, too! Love it.

Wonderful, no frills slicer with solid, quality construction. Operates beautifully. The blade is super sharp and easily cuts through sourdough crust; and the blade is big enough to accommodate a large boule. I also really appreciate that this slicer has a guide. Many others of similar design don’t have one and the sliced bread gets in the way of the crank handle. This slicer makes me want to bake more just so I can use it. Highly recommend.

What an excellent tool! I purchased it for sourdough bread slicing but it works for cheeses, salami baguettes and so many other things!

My slicer arrived quite quickly and in excellent shape. It works perfectly for breads and meats alike. I have no doubt it will work well on other foods as well. Easy to operate and easy to clean, I only wish I had purchased it long before now. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quality manual slicer at a reasonable price point.
